[icon type="icon-lamp"] doesn't work

Hi, i cannot understand why [icon type="icon-lamp"] doesn' t work at all. On the other hand shortcode [icon_block icon="icon-lamp" align="" color="black" size="17"] is working, but it splits the line. I want an icon and just on the same line follow my text. Can you help me please? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

If you want to use an icon without splitting the line, please use <i class="icon-lamp"></i>

I tested it and both of shortcodes you send work, where did you insert it?
