Adjust position of menu icon in responsive layout

Hi, on mobile my header looks like this ([Links visible only for registered users]), as you can see the logo is in the centre but the menu icon (the 3 lines to the right) is a bit below centre. Is it possible to position this so it is in the centre and in line with the logo? Thank you
