Image rights & Copyright concerning prebuild websitedesign
Hello,
I purchased BeTheme an installed prebuild design "SnapeShot". I mention BeTheme & Snapshot in the imprint.
Does this suffice your copyright clause??
Does this suffice your copyright clause??
(As now in Europe by default we have to mention e.g. the photographer directly under the picture - this would mean I would have to put a name under every foto I decided to keep from "SnapShot"... )
Thank you very much for your help. It is important to me to act according to the copyright.
