How can I deactivate the BeTheme Beta Header builder?

Additionally, I am having a problem configuring the header size correctly. (see image in link: https://24h.rip/SupbmS30). I've played around with every setting I could find to no avail. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

To deactivate a Header Builder, you have to go to WP Dashboard > Plugins and just disable it.

Also, about this second question.

It's probably a Vertical Padding,

I cannot tell you without access to your page.

You can find it in Theme Options > Global > General

Set it to 0 or 15

Thanks. I didn't realize it was a plugin--I was looking all throughout the theme options.

Related to the second question, apparently it was actually a page option, "Content | Remove Padding" at the end of each page. Thank you for the help, everything is up and running properly now.
