Updating to BeTheme on a site with TONS of content

Hello,

I am updating an existing website theme tomorrow night. This website is an events guide and is filled with TONS of content, posts, etc. I need to make sure NOTHING is lost.

Is there a particular way to do the update and preserve the content and everything but also install the demo theme?

To be safe, please make a backup with this tool:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

After that, do a backup.
