Theme has removed some key fields on my order form

Hello,

On my website https://wiseowlresearch.com/ the order form (on the "order" page) works perfectly on a desk top (pc/laptop) but when a user tries to complete the form on a mobile device the website does not show all of the fields. This is a massive issue as I have a system which calculates a price for the user based on information that is supplied in the order form. However, as several key fields to the form are not shown when viewed on a mobile device it means that the client cannot make an order.

Please can someone advise how this can be fixed as I am paying for advertising but cannot receive orders from clients that come via mobile devices (which is most of my traffic).

For example, when you select "Assignment help" - the form should ask for the standard, word count & deadline which are all essential to generate a price. However, when viewed from a mobile device all of these fields are missing

Pablo, I do not know the name as it was one that was created. I do not understand why the theme has cut some of the fields out on the mobile devices

Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins.
This is surely a plugin issue, not a theme.

You have to contact a plugin author because we can do nothing at all.
We support a Contact Form 7 and Gravity Forms only.
