Hello, having trouble with uploading the Musician child theme onto the WP platform. it is asking for the data to be reset but after doing so it is giving the "This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number" error. please advise how this can be fixed.

    Please tell me, which version of BeTheme are you using?
    Where does it ask you for reset?

    We do not have WXR files on our theme so that it could be a plugin issue.

    Please, make some screenshots for us.

    hello, its latest one I downloaded from the site. it's asking for Wordpress Database to be reset and even we do it. it still has the same issue.

    Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file, admin logincredentials, link to this discussion and license key privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] so we can have a look on your server settings.     hey Pablo, IS team was able to fix the issue by deploying an older version of the php. it seems like the musician template is not compatible with the latest version. and now IS is requesting the theme to be changed as it is old. 

    I also have another site based on the betheme template but i do not remember what template was used as it was started by one of my coworker 3 years ago. is there a way to find out what template is being used on that site?
