Theme Registration error

i purchase the theme and try to placed the theme purchase code but i m getting error " cURL error 7:" . theme is not activating. also i tried to verfy the code and purchase ode at http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ , i m getting error " {"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}" .. please help me.

Hi,

Please make sure that CURL is installed, all plugins are disabled and there is no firewall on the server.
