Logo & header position 'sticky header'

I'm having a little difficulties getting the header right when people are scrolling. When people ar scrolling the logo gets to the left and becomes smaller. Further at that moment there is a little gap between the part with the menu and the part with the logo, and also the part with the menu is getting higher and transparent.
What I would like to have is that everything remains the same as it is when people are scrolling, but that only the logo becomes a little smaller.
Can you please help me with this?
