Help! [image … greyscale="1"] shortcode not working

Hi,

Been wondering why the image shortcode greyscale option is not working

on my end. Using BeTheme v20.9.7.1.

All I can see is a colored image only when the mouse hovers over the location

of the image. Is it possible to use a pre-rendered image in greyscale as an alternative?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Edit: After upgrading to BeTheme v20.9.7.3, I still have the same issue.
