Can Not Edit Theme With Visual Composer

Hi, I can not edit the theme with Visual Composer. The website is completely new with not many plugins. I already deactivate and reactive to see if any plugins cause conflict. I already set up the PHP time limit and PHP max input vars. Everything is green, so can you please help. Thank you

Hi,

Does your page has items created with Muffin Builder?
You can't use an MB and VC at the same time.

Also, please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file
