Updating a page and the content isn't showing

I have created a page with some content on a test domain here:

http://mooediatesting.co.uk/policies/

I have about 5 more policy download sections I wish to add but when I copy the previous section not all of them are showing up. It's like it is limited to amount I can display.

When I save the page, the items are missing that I added.

Can you help please?

Hi I know what happened, it relates to the setup of the theme and this setting: PHP Max Input Vars 2500

This has now been updated correctly and the sites working great thanks.

I didn't get an email to say you had responded though so apologies for the delayed reply.
