how can I optimize https://www.ins-zentrum.ch/angebot/ the site for mobile & tablet. The background pic dose not cover all icon boxes. Thanks Tanja

I cannot change it by CSS.
But, you can create other section for mobile only.
Just edit the section and change the "Responsive Visibility"

Create one for mobile only and other for tablet + desktop.
