Envato toolkit update

For the Be-theme I used the Envato Toolkit plugin for updating my site. I deleted this old toolkit, and installed the new Envato-market plugin for getting updates.
But after activating this plugin I saw that it messed up my site, because my menu, under the header, changed to horizontal lines, without any text , as did my bar on the right, with latest posts. And none of my menu items is visual anymore. So I had to reinstall from my latest backup to have my site back.
Is this a problem with this Envato-market plugin? And how to fix this? Because with the old Envato Toolkit there never was a problem with updates.

Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.
