Import is not working

Hello support team,

I have bought two licences, each for a different domain. I want to import the settings of one the installations to the other new instalation.

I saved the settings from the first installation.

On the new installation, after I paste the text into the import box, and click import and then save, the settings are not saved.

Can you please help me?

Hi,

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and check again.

It's usually resolved by disabling all of the plugins.

Is your theme up to date too?
