Plesse tell me how to set "Custom css" of each sections (Content Main Menu Page Title Big Headings Small Headings Blockquote Decorative) on theme option.

Hi,

If you have used all two fields for Custom Fonts in Theme Options > Fonts > Custom

Then only way to upload custom font's is using a @font face rule in CSS
