Can't update my betheme

Hi, I tried to update my betheme to the newest version, but I can't download the package. My actual version is 20.9.5.

I'm currently abroad, may be that's the problem that the download doesn't work?

I get the message: Update failed: The package could not be installed.

This message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Hi again, ok I checked it and now I know what the problem could be. I changed the primary domain from www.wine-travelling.com to www.wine-travelling.de, but didn't deregister the domain. I done it few minutes ago. Problem is now, that I don't know how to register the current domain. Can you give me an advice? I hope I didn't break anything with that now?

Just deregister this old domain with this tool I sent you.

Then, register it on new in BeTheme > Dashboard

But this is the weird thing, it shows me on Betheme -> Dashboard that it is still registered...So I have to unregister it there as well?If I deregister this, aren't there any problems with the live site? Not that my whole page and settings get lost?

No, all of your settings are in the database, so they will not be removed/changes.
Deregister this license key from all of the websites, then register it on your main site.

Then try to update your theme like 3-4 times.
The system has to refresh the key domain location.
