Theme Broken Updating from 10.9 to 20.9.8.1.1

We built this site using 10.9 a while back. We have tired to update a couple times, but have always had issues. It is now mandatory to update due to needing to update PHP to 7.2.

Here is what we have done:

Delete old betheme files including betheme-child.

Re-upload new files via ftp sans our child theme edits.

For some reason, even with a clean theme and no child edits, it is still having issues. The menu items are not showing, the button shortcodes are not showing, headings, lists and other various content is also not showing.

Please advise on how we can move forward on fixing these issues.

Hi,

Your website uses a lot of custom css, scripts and plugins.

Please disable all of your plugins, cut out all of CSS and clear your browser cache.

Then check if your issue still exists.

All plugins are off and child style.css is blank. Issue still persists.

Upon looking further, I removed some scripts I forgot were active and it cleared up some of the issues. However, there are still some issues with the menu and headers. Did the css classes or IDs possibly change between v10 and the current version?

There was a lot of changes in BeTheme from version 10.

But as I see, the structure of HTML is nearly the same.

If you want to fix the menu, please paste this code to Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS
