How to remove space between row with 2 column and 1 column higher?
sorry for bad explanation, because my english is bad 
1. first im create 2 column in row and column 2 is higher than column 1 like this
2. and the results are like this with space between content
3. and I want the results to look like this
how to get result like this?
and im try with edit column design optin with margin -300 like this
its work, but its not clean if the content change
any option besides like this?

Also, it's a VC, not an MB which makes more troubles to understand it without live access.
Check on all elements, rows if something there doesn't have any padding applied.
