Product Tabs

Hi, the tabs in all Product Pages don't open.
What I did wrong?
I tryed with another Theme, andit works.
Another problem is with the Product-Category pages, the categories are displayed in the end instead that at the side.
Any help will be appreciated.

    Thank you for your response, I deactivated all plugins eccept woocommerce but it doesn't work yet.
    I will appreciate any advise

    Ok. As we see now, the problem is related with WooCommerce plugin what you can see on [Links visible only for registered users] so please send us access to your dashboard and FTP on pm and we'll check what happen.

    At first, this is not place to give such confidential information so we removed them.

    However we have checked your wordpress installation and can you tell us why you said that on other themes it works while it's not? This is screenshot [Links visible only for registered users] from default wordpress theme and as you see there is the same bug what means that this problem is completely not related with theme! so you must look for a problem somewhere else.

    Thanks you for the kindness shown in removing the information, I believed the message was not public.
    About the theme, it was working with theme Virtue and, if you try it, probably still can do so, at least it was working yesterday afternoon.
    And since is there just BeTheme and the Woocommerce Plugin, I have no Idea where to go look...
    If you can please give me any advise I will appreciate it.

    Because WooCommerce does not work with default theme, the problem can be related ir with plugin itself or with wordpress installation. All we can recommend in this case is fresh/new installation of wordpress with latest theme and woocommerce versions.

    So maybe this theme or one of the addons that comes with this theme are the problem. You should always check issues on default wordpress theme because if the same problem happen on default theme, then problem is completely not related with theme.

    But the default wordpress theme are not made for woocommerce:
    Your theme does not declare WooCommerce support – Please read our integration guide or check out our Storefront [Links visible only for registered users] theme which is totally free to download and designed specifically for use with WooCommerce :)
    This is the woocommerce advise when activated the basic wordpress theme.
    I'm just curious to see another site BeTheme working correctly with woocommerce, because I believe the problem must be somewhere there.
    About the Virtue Theme (Free Theme) it doesn't have any addon for my knowledge, it is just woocommerce ready as BeTheme, that I love for other thousand reasons (and that's why I purchased the Theme)

    Now I have installed also the WooCommerce suggested theme, and it works as you can see at this link:
    I believe it is a problem related with Be Theme and I would be happy if can be resolved becouse I like a lot your Theme.

    Did you done what we wrote in previous messages? Did you installed theme with fresh wordpress installation? Because there is nothing to be fixed as it works. The problem is only related with your current configuration. If you will do what we wrote, then everything will be ok.

    P.S. We can't be responsible for other themes. And you can believe or not, but if something does not work with default wp themes, then is not written properly in accordance to WP api. So there is no point to look at your theme where something works. If you have any problems, you must first check it always with default wordpress themes.
