all Plugins deletet

I need your help, please.
The server has been switched to php 7.2. After the conversion, all plugins were deleted. If I want to releal it comes the following error message

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.

It means, that your license key is not used anywhere.

Please, register this license key on your website, then try to update your plugins like 3-4 times.

Your license key can be activated on your website.
Please, get into the BeTheme > Dashboard

My theme is registered, but in your case, you should paste the code there and activate the theme with this big blue button.

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and check if the issue still exists.

If you still do not see the BeTheme > Dashboard link, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which

and we will check what might be the reason.
