Theme Options no longer allows me to change the footer color or remove links

After an update a couple months ago the color of the footer changed and when I go into theme options I change the color but I don't see any changes when I refresh. On top of that there's a Muffin Group link that I can't remove from theme options or inside the widgets. The website can be seen HERE

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and check if the issue still exist.
