Page Section Not Showing On Preview and After Update

I am Adding sections in my Page. i have add many section but few section appearing in Preview , and also when i update that page,

then those section which are missing from preview are also removed from the Edit mode.

1-I haven't installed any plugin before this problem happen.

2-Not updated any thing plugin etc...

i have add new pages and update content in those pages are working fine.

but Below mention page is not working properly.

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. Remember to also send your license key and Wordpress admin login credentials. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. We checked your hosting settings and it looks like max_input_vars and memory_limit values and too low. Please increase the max_input_vars value to 5000 and memory limit to 256M

This should resolve your issue with saving the page and the content not saving.
