Our staging site is not working

Our staging site at https://staging.promptcloud.com stops working due to some theme license conflict. We have a valid license and we should be able to use the theme on our staging site as well. Please fix this or advice on how to get past this issue asap.

We are using betheme on htps://www.promptcloud.com and https://staging.promptcloud.com. Due to some theme license conflict, the staging version of our site looks broken and you can simply visit both the URLs to compare.

The staging page looks like there is some custom plugins/script applied.

Please reinstall the BeTheme there and please use this plugin to migrate the website:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

Important:

Deregister the license key from the dev website before migrating the website.

The theme wouldn't re-install and throws this error 'stylesheet.css is missing'. What now?

Right now the theme is working on staging, however, please let us know if the theme can concurrently run on two websites , ie, production site and staging. If there is some sort of block to this, we must know about it.

Hi,

It can be working, but the license key must be activated on the one domain only.

all of the themes on the envato market are under the same license,
details: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
You can use one license per end product, so you can use any pre-built
website you desire or mix them but you cannot use the theme license on
two domains.
The only exceptions are for subdomains or subfolders. You can register
unlimited subdomains with one license key, as long as the main domain is
registered under the same key.

https://staging.promptcloud.com is a subdomain and I don't understand why it should stop working at times.

If it's on the same domain, then it can be registered on both sites.

Also, it won't stop working, the unregistered website will not get any theme and plugin updates.
