How does one decrease the header to content area?

Hi there.

Struggling to decrease the area. It's a simple one-pager (not even a menu, for now). Client needs a page holder. The area between the logo and the content of the page is so huge, though. Why? How? Please help :-) I've tried to tweak some stuff but no avail.

Your website is loading very long, I cannot even look in source code.

Can you disable all of the plugins (without Visual Composer) ?

Please go to Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header and change the Minimalist option to "ON"

Thank you for the advice. It did help, but now the (fixed position) logo is covering the initial page content. I would like the logo to appear first and then the content with a natural spacing between it, please.

I just want the logo,

underneath that padding/margin/spacing that I can control,

THEN the content.

So far it is either logo then a lot of space (Minimalist Header OFF) [https://i.imgur.com/E5jzBKb.png] or NO SPACE at all (Minimalist Header ON) [https://i.imgur.com/3xKzkhP.png] – I want a normal amount of space between header and body. How can I achieve this?

That's because the "Content | Remove Padding" is turned on - to disable it, edit your page and scroll down, you'll notice that option.
You should turn on the Minimalist option too.

If the space is still not enought, you should apply some extra top padding in the first section of your page.
