I can't seem to format text in the column in muffin builder

I have tried formatting it in the wp editor and then copying the text code to the column box and it still ends up bunched up in one block regardless of how many spaces I put in.

Here is a pic of how it looks now...Please tell me how to fix this. None of your 'Tutorial" videos address this issue.

Hi,

the column item is not a visual editor for formating text. You should use the visual editor builder item instead, it has the text format options available.
