How to change Icon Box settings?

Hello,

How to change "icon Box" settings:

1. That this background that comes then moves mouse on it, woudl be always visible?

2. How to remove these thin lines from icon white background?

Hi,

1) I'm not quite sure, do you want to make it always 'hovered'?

2) Paste this code into the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

.icon_box .icon_wrapper{
	background:white !important;
}
