Mega Menu options do not appear in the menu items

Hi, i don't know why but the Mega Menu options do not appear to activate in the menu items.

Both theme and WP are up-to-date e the system status are OK:

Theme version: 21.1.2

WP version: 5.1.1

MySQL version: 5.6.34

PHP version: 7.2.11

PHP Memory: 256 MB

PHP Time Limit: 180

PHP Input Vars: 5000

WP Max Upload: 64 MB

Hey,

please first try to disable all of your plugins first and then check again. We have seen this issue and most times it was one of the plugins.
