Save my changes

Hello, I have a big problem.
I can save my changes to the pages but it does not show them on the pages....

When I go back into the Muffin Builder, the changes are deleted there as well.

Cache etc I emptied everything several times, that's not the problem...

Can you help me?

As soon I do some set ups for mobile/tablet i can't save my normal changes. It always goes away, Whats that????

Hi,

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] so we can have a look on your server settings. Remember to also send your license key and Wordpress admin login credentials. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. For more details about file creation, please visit [Links visible only for registered users].

I saw the problem is only on the: about me side...

also there the footer is fat and i don't know why...

1) Your php_max_input_vars value is too small(1000).

To resolve the problem with saving changes, you have to contact your hosting provider and asking him about increasing that value(we suggest to change it to 5000).

2) On which page do you see it?

Can you send a link to that page?

It worked with the PHP but just that I can save the picture.

It's still weird. I cant change the size to the picture (150/150) it always kicks the changes out. Also the font is fat and small and the footer is fat.... Whats wrong with this page can you help me? It's not normal...

Sorry, I didn't notice you send these credentials.

I was on your website and I changed the image size successfully (take a look at lady picture in the first section)

Also, your website has a lot of HTML errors.

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html
errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.

No its not that - this picture i can also change. Its the last picture down with the quote. You see this quotes similar to the other sites. But on this side I cant change that section. also the font is strange.

and also the footer is fat....

How can i fix the html error? I don't know what this is... Sorry i am new to wordpress and don't know a lot...

That's because of HTML errors.

The HTML is a structure of website(it's on all of the websites).

Probably, you forgot to close the bracket somewhere or you've made a typo.

If you don't know how to fix it, you should contact your web developer.

But I used Be Theme and a prebuilt website I never done anything to the html so how could that be? Can you not fix it with my login?

All of these tags ([Links visible only for registered users]) are HTML codes.

You could miss one of the quotation marks or closing brackets.

It's really common problem, just little typo which can be done by everyone.

Sorry, but we help with the theme issues, not the custom code and this one is not done by the theme itself.

You have to find the mistake and fix that problem.

I fixed it and i could change the pictures and all.

But now I have again a problem with saving my changes. As soon as I want to hide some things on the mobile I can't save it again....

It always kicks me out.

Now its making me really angry whats wrong with this page and the theme? Please help me that I could fix it for sure..... I waste hours on that page!
