WOn't update plugin
Hiya!
Please can you help me.
I bought "Visual Composer: Page Builder for WordPress" to use with my new Be theme at http://www.caffelatteltd.com
First question: Did I have to do this? I paid an extra $30 for it and it may be that it was included in the price.
Second, the plug in seems to be installed OK, but asks for an update.
However, it wouldn't update, even though the product and API info appears to be OK.
I looked at:
http://wpbakery.atlassian.net/wiki/display/VC/Update
to find out why and it says:
"Please note: this will work only for users who
purchased Visual Composer directly, if Visual Composer came integrated
in your theme, then ask your theme provider to update Visual Composer
for you or purchase license directly from us to get free automatic
updates."
Please can you help me out.

if you bought this plugin yourself, and want to use updates and other options, please go to Theme options > Getting started > Premium plugins section and select option that you use purchased version.

Yes, you need to redownload theme form themeforest and unzip package. Visual Composer zip file can be found in /plugins directory in main theme folder
