Bundled Premium Plugins installation problem

Hi,

I have the following problem. Yesterday I did the first installation of BeTheme template. I can't install "Bundled Premium Plugins".

The reasons are: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

My cURL is on and unziping works fine. Hosting provider claims that everything is set up correctly.

Please specify how to fix the problem. Thank you, PN

Please contact your hosting provider and check if the current PHP version on your server has CURL enabled.

I already wrote: cURL is enable. I see it in system status too. My hosting provider also confirmed that cURL is enable.

Maybe you are sending the wp-admin login and password. You do have another form of protection as well, please check that:

Yes login data is correct. First, enter the login data from my last email and then enter the access data from my first (or second) email.

Hello,

we checked everything that might be wrong with the theme, but this errors shows us anyway. This has to mean, that this is hosting only related. CURL is enabled but that might be not enough. It also depends on the configuration of it.

Please contact your hosting provider for assistance. Let him provide you with logs and error messages.

I contacted the hosting provider again. They checked everything. In addition, they set the highest paid level hosting (MEGA, https://www.endora.cz/vlastnosti). It still does not work. I'm completely frustrated.

The highest level hosting does not explain why these errors occure. The problem is caused only by the hosting and is not theme related.

Please ask them to check the errors logs and point to where the issue begins, and how to fix it. The higher level hosting just gives you more space etc. It might not change other settings.
