    1) To download that slider you would have to buy 'premium' version of that plugin.
    We provide fully functional version of plugin without the additional features like downloading pre-built sliders in Layer Slider.

    But, you can download sliders(for Revolution Slider) from our demos separately, without downloading whole pre-built website.

    2) Unfortunately, portfolio feature does not have the 'video' preview(featured image)
    You can only use the featured image on main portfolio page.

    fine.

    i use the countdown from muffin option , but it is not RTL support and i need change the postion of the time date month and so on. 
    in Arabic language its important to be RTL

    BeTheme is RTL friendly.
    The RTL is activated upon selecting a RTL language in wordpress settings.

    the Countdown item shouldent be RTL !

    Is it normal that on RTL mode the countdown item should be LTR?

    We do not know all of the rules of RTL and if it is true what you told us, we'll surely change that to make BeTheme more customer friendly.

    the discussion is about the rules
    no one in this world use the clock in LTR mode because no one use the clock upside down of standard.
    did you ever seen the hand watch that is upside down of other clock ? i never seen that...
