Changes Not Saving

Hi, I'm having trouble with the changes saving on my site. I checked with my server and the issues are not on their end. They are reporting this issue:
[21-May-2019 22:40:18 UTC] PHP Warning: key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in /home/powerteamwebcot/girlwithwanderlust.com/wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/builder/class-mfn-builder-front.php on line 492

Can you assist with this? They said to reach out to the theme developer. Thank you :)

  • Oddly enough, this is only happening on my about page. I've tried duplicating the page and I'm having the same issues.
  • Hi,
Is your BeTheme and WP up to date?
Also, is your PHP Version 7 or higher?
    Thanks
  • BeTheme 21.2
    WP 5.2.1
    PHP 7.1.29
  • Hi Pablo, I've tried rebuilding the page from scratch and it seems that the problem happens when I build out too many elements on one page. It's like the theme stops saving after I add a certain number of sections.

  • Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
    1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
    2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
    3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

    Notice!
    1. Attach your license key and the WordPress admin login credentials.
    2. Send a link to this discussion, so the email support knows where to look.

    Thanks

    Here is the screenshot:
  • The problem is related to your not enough php_max_input_vars value.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing that value to the 5000 or higher.
After that, everything will be working fine.
    Thanks
  • Ok thank you. I'll do that.
  • Hi Pablo, I had them make this change and it's still not saving. I've tried building a new page, cloning the same page, clearing cache and cookies.
  • I think I found out that the issue was an IP address block on my server's end. It seems to be working now.
