Video not visible in all browsers

  Hi,

  A WebM video format is not working on all of the browsers, but it should work on Chrome as well.

  Yes, with Chrome my video should actually work in .webM format, but it does not.
  I have now changed the video format to .mp4 and it doesn't work on my computer anymore.???

  Did you follow an original documentation of video layers?

  [Links visible only for registered users] - in your case, you should use the "HTML 5" option.

  
  

  If this won't help, please disable all of the plugins(leave turned on only the Revolution Slider plugin), clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

  The video now works on all tested browsers. It doesn't start by itself, although I chose the settings like this. Please tell me what I have to do to start the video when opening the page. Thanks!

  It's starting on Firefox.

  Check if you didn't block it in the browsers settings.

  Some browsers are blocking it by the default.
  

  
  

  If somebody has turned on blocking option in browsers settings then it's not gonna autoplay.

  Also, remember that video with audio enabled will not autoplay!
