Offer Slider Thumb - Category list selection

hi guys, I hope you all are doing great!

I have an issue regarding the 'Offer Slider Thumb' widget.... I have created 3 categories and added 1 or 2 items within but while adding this widget the 'Category selection' dropdown is just showing 'All' and not displaying other two categories for selection.

Please help me regarding the same.

Hey,

can you please disable all of your plugins first?

Then also check, if the category names have no special characters and that you assigned slides to those categories in the OFFER custom post type.
