cURL error 28: Operation timed out

Layer Slider,Slider Revolution,WPBakery Page Builder the three plugins can not installed.  ALways cURL error 28. Tried many times.
How to solve it.

    You can see that this issue is about connection timeout and the problem is not theme related. It is all about the hosting provider. He should already recognize and amend this issue by looking at the error message.

    This is not a new issue, a lot of users have this problem and it always gets fixed with the help on the hosting provider. We assure that the problem is not on our side.

  • I disagree your point.  
     I can visit your theme, order theme,pay the them, install wordpress,install theme, but can not install plugin,pre-sites. 

    That means your files located unusally like others can not access. You should fix the files on normal sites or send me the zip files.

    Contact your hosting provider and ask him about some logs, he is the only one who can fix it.
    Our hands are tied in that case.

  • Hi, Im in China and contacted the larggest cloud service provider aliyun cloud. They said your link can not access in China.

    You should provide CDN or other links can continue install the plugins and pre-sites. Or provide the offline zip files.

    If you do nothing ,I want to know how to get my money back. The theme can not use at all.
  • Sorry, but we cannot provide the plugins files and pre-built websites in zip.
    All what we can suggest now is changing the hosting provider if he is not able to solve that problem.
