  Hello,

  All of the "Menu items" styles can be set in the Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Menu

  There you can find the "Line above Menu" or "Highlight" too.

  I had it marked under but it is not working.  It is marked under, not working

  Your "Active Link background" color was the same as the background color so it was not visible.

  I changed it to red and it works.

  
  

  But, underline will not work with your type of menu, because "plain" type of header has the border on the bottom by default.

  1) Your "Active Link background" was the same as the background of your website, so if it was highlighted, then it was not visible, because it highlighted it with the color of your background.

  After changing it to other color (I changed it to red) then it started to be visible.

  
  

  2) The "Underline" or "Line below Menu" style of menu is not working with the headers which have the borders on them on beginning. That's because double border would be applied and we blocked that option.
  

  If you would use menu like "Transparent", then this kind of style will work flaweless.
