Information about WP Bakery Page Builder activation

Hi!, we just bought, installed and registered the license of your theme "Be Theme" in the site woki.amagi.la, and going through the section "Install plugins" we installed all the plugins it came with, including WP Bakery Page Builder.

The problem here is the following: WP Bakery is installed and active, and when we're trying to use it in the section of "Product License" there's a button saying 'Activate WP Bakery Page Builder', if we click in that button, the site redirects us to https://support.wpbakery.com/activate-license?token=1848f1bddcdfd1b95328f949928b6bd2ffc2d24f&url=https://woki.amagi.la/ppd&redirect=https://woki.amagi.la/ppd/wp-admin/admin.php?page=vc-updater where we were asked for our credentials (we used our credentials of be theme and it didn't work, we had to sign up), so we made the assuption that with the license of Be Theme, there did not came the license of WP bakery, so we cannot use it as our page builder (which as far as we know is easier to use rather that your muffin builder).

Our question is: Why didn't the license of WP Bakery come (we thought it came within the theme )? If the theme allow us to install and activate the WP Bakery.., so with no license , we cannot make it work.

Thank you, regards

  • Hi,

purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into the theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it.

Something like “Free” version of a plugin does not exist. All bundled plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately. This is standard and according to ThemeForest rules.
More information about the bundled plugins, you will find here.
    Thanks!
