Parallax laggs - no smooth scroll

Hey :)

I used the BeTheme VPN and changed just some content. Nevertheless when I scroll down the page the parallax (background image) "laggs". I tryed to fix it with a "smooth scroll plugin". It still laggs. Is there any setting in the theme where I can set the smoothscroll without a plugin?

I can´t attach the address of my page here cause its still under construction and locked with a password. I´ll send the support a pm if someone replies.

    Hello,
    it will stutter like that because your most likely using a mouse wheel to scroll the page. Each scroll step stop the background for a split second thus creating the effect. If you would scroll with a touchpad, it would scroll smoothly.
    We used "nicescroll" plugin before, but it caused too many issues and we had to get rid of it.
    We do not have any sollution for this unfortunatelly.

    but on your page https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/vpn/ the parallax did not stutters. I used this theme and just changed the BG pic and its laggs their a** off =(( It can't be - we buy a theme that laggs?? It's like u buy a window cleaner but the streaks on the window are still there. U show a fine working site https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/vpn/ with no issues and there have to be a way to let the parallax work fine....

    Yes, but as Bryan said, we used the "nicescroll" plugin which was amending the behavior, but we had to remove that plugin because it was very buggy and a lot of functionalities were not working very well.

    on my site http://www.bwnt.de/main-de/ I've got a similar problem.

    The parallax works fine in Chrome and Firefox browser on Mac.
    But in Safari on Mac it stutters.

    Any idea on that?
