Hi,

You have to change the 'style' of this shortcode/item.

If you're using the item, then you have to edit this item in the Muffin Builder and you'll find the select box with style.

I see now that there are more options in the muffin builder. why are the shortcodes less usable in the WPBakery versions?

WPBakery author does not included all of our items/functionalities of our items.

We can do nothing about it, our hands are tied.

If you would like to see them, you have to contact the WPBakery authors.

Of course, we suggest to use the Muffin Builder.

Hey man, I am already using the 'triangle down style' but my question was about how to use the triple triangle down or the small triangle down? I don't see any of these styles in the muffin builder editor just the regular 'triangle down style'. http://prntscr.com/mch1g8

Hi,

Some of the 'fancy dividers' was made later and they were a little bit problematic, that's why we didn't included them in the item.

To use them, you have to use the shortcode of the 'fancy divider'

in the shortcode there are also only 7 styles I can choose. I can't see anything related to triple triangle up...

I don't want to be rude but come on, thats where I started. I was on that "fancy dividers in action" page and there is NO option at all to choose styles like "triple triangle down" or "square up". And NOO you can NOT use these styles with the shortcode either. There are only 7 styles available: circle up, circle down, curve up, curve down, stamp, triangle up or triangle down.

So how can I achieve a style like "triple triangle down" or "square up" if I got NO option to pick these styles. That is the question I am asking the whole time...

I forgot to tell you (My bad, sorry), that few of them could not be working - as I said, they were a little bit problematic and nobody was using it, that's why we did not fix it and we removed it from the 'fancy divider' item.

Sorry about that, we'll surely try to fix it.

now its august, 2019 and still the same problem and no new shortcodes available for 'triple triangle up', for example. there are only 7 styles in the shortcodes, but 16 styles shown as a theme option.

well, this is so weird because i have installed the latest version a week ago when i started working on the website for the very first time. i mean, that's the first time i'm using be theme and installed the latest version of it, also. you keep saying i have an outdated theme and as far as i know, it makes no sense. not you, but why my theme is outdated when i got the latest version of it?!

ok i have found the fancy divider options. i was looking for it under its own settings, but now i just saw i can get the 'Decorated SVG' options inside the Section's options. thank you!
