Page Update Error

Hi support!

I have installed BeTheme and activate Gym 2 pre-built website, with all updates etc., but when I try to update a page I have this error:

POST [Links visible only for registered users] 404

Uncaught (in promise) Response {type: "basic", url: "[Links visible only for registered users];…r=1&meta-box-loader-nonce=e0e6a432af&_locale=user", redirected: false, status: 404, ok: false, …}

This problem is not on all the pages.

I want to mention that my server PHP version is 7.2 and I've updated the .htaccess file with all the required values like betheme required.

Running WordPress 5.2.1 and Betheme 21.2.3

can you please disable all plugins and then try again to update the page?

Please do not delete/restore anything because I'm working on the website.

If you need to do this, please leave a message in order to export & backup the theme.

We have checked every possibility and we did not find anything in the theme or in Wordpress.

We think, this could be something on your hosting. Could you please check your hosting provider for logs to see what exactly is going on when the 404 page occurs.

Hi again.

I re-open this ticket because I have the same issue.

Now the page update works, but a certain point, I can't add more elements on the page.

For example: if I add another wrapper/element when I update the page, doesn't work, but if I delete that element, works.

Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health [Links visible only for registered users]
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab [Links visible only for registered users]
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab [Links visible only for registered users]
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

The problems are getting resolved ASAP, but please do not multipost - it won't make your problem solve quicker.

So, the problem is related to your not enough PHP_Max_Input
