I want to add a eventhandler to my action button

Dear Support, 

I have a website that is build for homedoctors, they have 2 emergency phonelines and i want to assign them to a button called "Spoedlijn"
When the user clicks on the button it should pick the correct phonenumber depending on the time the user pressed the button.

I have added some javascript within Custom: CSS/JS

And i have added some javascript call to the action button Link section.
But it currently not working, could you provide me some assistance.

Header section:
