Betheme RS Conflict

Hi, I am having an issue with the latest revolution slider. The latest version of RS creates a conflict with the theme text editor. I have isolated the conflict by turn off all plugins and then turning them on one by one. When only RS is active the text editor does not work.

I tried rolling back RS to version prior to 6.0 but the slides have all been updated to the latest rev and will not work in pre 6.0 revision.

I tested it and it works fine.

Is your WP and BeTheme up to date?

Also, is your PHP Version 7 or higher?

Hi Pablo, everything is up to date. I'm running wp
5.2.2, betheme 21.3.2, and php 7.3.4. Anytime I want to make any text edits I have to disable RV.

Hey,

we check on our server and the text editor works fine while the RS plugin is active.

You have 45 plugin active which is very high and we cannot even disable them because we get an error that the link expired.

Could you please make us a normal admin accound with login and password and disable that plugin for token logins? Then we could test it properly and find the cause.

Please send all the information like before, including a link to this disscussion.

Hello,

after disabling all of your plugins and leaving only WPBakery and RS active the visual field is there. So you have to check again which of your plugins causes this issue.
