Hello, I bought the betheme theme, but I have a doubt about a feature I saw in another theme. Is it possible in betheme to add the action bar next to the logo?

Sorry, but this will not be possible with our pre-built headers from basic betheme.

But, you can try to achieve to do that with our Muffin Header Builder

There you can create separate header for sticky and normal, mobile and desktop - also you can create a lot of advanced headers there.

I was able to make these changes by the builder, but I have two other questions:
I need to put a bar below the menus .. how do I do this?
And on the phone the menus are not working www.copcentro.com.br/wm

I removed your Custom CSS code and it works fine.

Please find the issue-making CSS and get rid of it. (Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS)

there is no option to do that. You would have to customize it manually in theme files.
