I have installed Betheme together with the woocommerce pluginn.

Now I have no control of the main menu.

New pages are shown automatically and I don't know how to add or remove pages from the menu.

Can you explain greater what do you have in mind?

I do not quite understand.

Also, please disable all of the plugins(leave the woocommerce turned on only), clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue still exists.

Normally to create a menu I do it on appearance/ menu.

But now the problem is that the menu is generated automatically.

The add automatically pages ... is not flagged"

Can you test if it works while all of the plugins are disabled?

Do not forget about clearing your browser cache after disabling them.

I disabled all plugins except woocommerce. Nothing changes.

I also deleted the menu I was trying to do from Aspect / Menu.
The result is still the same:

This can be problem:

This theme recommends the following plugins: BeTheme Header Builder and Layer Slider.

With our basic headers from Theme Options it's not possible.

But, you can give a try with "Muffin Header Builder", it's really advanced and simple tool which surely allow you to create this kind of menu.
