Hello,

I am trying to update to 21.3.8 Be theme version (from 20.8.4.1)

and I am getting an error message:

"Unable to install package. This archive contains no files."

Any idea?

Hey, this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)

After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

I have the same problem but if I insert my item purchase code in the Item Manager I am getting the following message

{"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}

Please then deregister this domain and register again using the same license key. After you do, try to update a couple of times, it could not work the first time.

I have deregistered the domai but trying to register again

Be sure that you copied the license key correctly, without any blank spaces.

Also, disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check, if the error still appear.

If it will still appear, you should contact the envato market, because we to not handle with the license keys.
