WPBakery Page Builder missing features

Why does the WPBakery Page Builder plugin in the theme not have "video, parallax, overlay, top divider, bottom divider" in the row settings popup?

Hello,

We provide the original version of WPBakery, which is fully functional and offers all of the basic functionalities.

Are you sure that you do not use any extension plugins on the another page? Because I've searched the web and I found one of the addons to that plugin which is available to buy on their page.
