BeTheme - Host upgraded systems and website not working

Hi,

We have a website which had a Betheme, The host upgraded the server and associated softwares like whm, cpanel, apache, php etc, after that the website is not working, it only loads one of the image in the banner, no more content / navigation etc. When we try to create the same with backup on our local, we get error

There are two warnings as well at top

Is your BeTheme up to date?

Also, are you using the latest version of the Wordpress?

No the theme was not updated one and wordpress was also not the latest one, After the php and other softwares upgradation, how do I do this since I am not allowed to login to the admin panel as well

So, in this case I suggest to remove the WP and BeTheme from FTP and install it once more.

You will not lose any of the content and settings because they are stored in the database, but please, make a backup first (just copy files from ftp to your desktop or ask your hosting provider about it)

After that, install the latest WP and BeTheme.

I'm just worried about the images which are used on the website, that's why you'll need a backup, to paste them in the proper directory.

I don't want to try it on live version, I have the copy of the same via duplicator plugin setup and I installed in my local but still not able to login.

I got everything sorted out, I got the website back on local, created a backup via duplicator and restored it on live, After that there is another sort of issue that has popped up, the navigation and other text on multiple buttons etc has been reduced so that that's not even visible.

Top one is from Live and bottom one is from Localhost

The only difference I could spot is that local has php 7.1 and production is 7.2

So, I saved the theme options and database refreshed.

Thanks, There's only one issue that I can see is that Google Map is not getting displayed correctly

You didn't provide the API Key or you have to refresh it.
