  • Hello,
Is your WP and BeTheme up to date?
Is your PHP Version 7 or later?

    Thanks
  • Yes to both questions.  Them 21.4 theme.  Current WP.
    PHP 7.2

    Thanks.
  • Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check if the issue still exists.
Also, please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
    1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
    2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
    3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

    Thanks

  • Disabling all plugins did not work.  Also, I have replaced Slide 5 in Slider Revolution and the old slide still displays even after clearing cache.  Something appears to be wrong with the theme.

Also, if you look back at the notes from my history, you had me make manual adjustments to the child theme.  Code this still be a coding issue with the child theme.  The whole website was built with the child theme in place.  I activated the parent theme and still had problems getting the same error message.

I have spent 3 days making updates to the content of this website, so a complete restore is out of the question.
  • Hey,

Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

    Thanks
  • So, we investigated the problem and it was caused because of mixed content from two builders.
You cannot do such things, it's important to use one at the same time.

I removed the "Divider" item from Muffin Builder and it works fine now.
    Thanks
  • Thank you.  I didn't realize that I had done that.  Great Support!!
