Hi,

I have a client who is posting a link to the website I made her (using Betheme) on Facebook, but for some reason the Hoverbox element of the page is broken and the images do not load (as in the image below).

As yet I don't know exactly what device this is being viewed from, but do you have any idea what this might be?

Also, if not, on which device and browser the problem appear?

I don't get the problem either, I think it may be a load error on the user side, I can't recreate it at home. It's on a Samsung Galaxy 9, but I don't think there's anything we can do!

It's really hard to investigate the problem, when we cannot recreate it.

I have to check the source code when it happen to inspect it.

Can you reach me, when you will understand when it happen?
